All products sold by Tropicoly Plants are live plants. As living items, natural variations in size, shape, and colour are to be expected. Product images are for guidance only.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Plant Care Responsibility
Once delivered, the care of the plant becomes the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee plant health if care guidance is not followed.
