We take great care to package all plants securely to ensure they arrive healthy and protected.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Wednesday only. This helps prevent plants from being held in transit over weekends. Orders placed after Wednesday may be dispatched the following week.
Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Live plants
As plants are living items, slight variations in size, shape, and colour are natural and to be expected. We carefully inspect all plants before dispatch.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
