🌿 Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Minor cosmetic variations are natural and do not qualify as faults.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
